not sure it works like that profit21...
i think after 5% holding they have to make announcements everytime they move 1%...
then after 20% holding they have to make formal takeover bid...
so if they were slowly accumulating we would know about it...
i could be wrong. if so i better do my accounting homework again (i have an exam in 4 weeks)...
