I agree with you, but in my opinion after having been in this company probably as long as anyone, and as a top 20 for a lot of that time, I reckon I know where the problems have always resided in the past.
What I am saying is that it is no good blaming everyone on the management team as some have had very little say in how things have been done in the past.
The money issue is a problem no doubt, but bagging management on a public forum won't fix that.
I know that JW works tirelessly for the company so he deserves our support at this time. I feel that he and Adam will solve the problems given the chance.
JW and Adam have a huge amount to lose if all this goes belly up.
