Is it Clee or a related party with whom they lodged the 249D?
IOU has gone from being nearly cashflow positive in December to being apparently insolvent in 4 months.
Something smells very very wrong here.
WTF are the authorities going to do about this sheet show?
One can no longer invest in the ASX with confidence if the authorities let this slide thru.
I have sent emails to both the ASIC and ASX today requesting they take action.
