    "Outsized" has never been defined.

    But I think that nobody on the Board would describe a takeover at 50% premium to the current SP as being an outsized return.

    In any case, the Board has always talked about a "transaction", not just a takeover.
    e.g. licensing one indication in a geographic area is a possible "transaction".
