OOPS- i forgot to add the initial 20% capital gain on the debt
e.g. buying at 75c plus 20% (15 cents) = 90 cents value of debt after conversion.
I suspect the existing management are doing their utmost to minimise the need for this style of deal and trying to extract better shareholder value before what may be an inevitability.
As they say don't buy anything unless you trust the management and i do this new management.They have continually enhanced the companys position and viabilty to the ultimate benefit we hope of not just the lenders.
