Management are referring not to the deposit but that it can contain "massive sulphide" as well as "disseminated".

There are a few different types of sulphide, disseminated, semi-massive and massive.

He isn't referring to the size of the deposit but rather that it contains massive sulphide - A name given when part of the drill core has a high amount sulphide mineralization which in turn has the potebtial to be much higher grade.

Management are referring to the vein they hit where the XRF turned up 12% Ni which would only come from intercepting massive sulphide as opposed to small blebs or clots which would be disseminated and what they had hit so far.
