I take it you just want the money in your bank account and have no regard for what TG, TO and the BODs are trying to achieve?
Are you capable of thinking beyond your own needs?
LTR say they are trying to build a great Australian company, the next FMG perhaps. This will benefit all Australians and go well beyond just shareholders. Does any of this matter to you? Your use of the term "mongel" in referring to the company suggests you don't care.
I can understand people taking offence at this. I can't imagine what TG would think if he read someone referring to his company in this manner. After all his efforts, he deserves better than this imo.
Maybe sell 10% to take the pressure off yourself, than maybe you might have a different outlook?
