We need some news - even a "we are making progress and to send the revised EPA application to the relevant body in 3 weeks"

Anyone know how the EPA is going - I wasn't overly chuffed to read in the quarterly that it isn't even in yet - too much 'carnival barking' in this for my liking.

I mean - it's in or it isn't. If it isn't - why not?
