Arkie,
when some very poor piece of journalism emerges making very big claims, in the absence of any company statement,
then a query from the ASX is certainly warranted.
Incidentally, I dont believe there is any way Alcoa will be committing anything like the suggested figure of $100 million. It will be more like committing to one or maybe two more wells + testing etc etc.Then they will have an option to pull out or keep on going.
If Alcoa decide not to proceed with anything and pull out now,then TSV will probably raise money and do it with Latent.The Alcoa interest would then revert to TSV and Latent,....I think.
So, either way it will be good for TSV and Latent, and at these prices it is a good punt.
