The ICC trials have not taken place yet . I'm sure all parties would rather avoid it . Particularly the DRC gov being sued for $10bill if they strip AVZ. Zijin obviously want control of this project .After 12 months in suspension it's clear the powers at be are not willing to side with AVZ/DATH . If negotiations are taking place and a reasonable $$ offer is put on the table for AVZ to walk away then Nigel should seriously consider it and put an end to this crap so SH can move on . IMO
