So the company had multiple fires. The company operated without the knowledge of the EPA. The company violated EPA rules and regulations for years. The EPA gave notice to relocate a premisis. All of that is meaningless because it is finally now licensed? Got it. So flaunting the law for 3 years is meaningless as is operating without proper rules and procedures in place. All meaningless? The company now claims to have a "99 year license" even though such a thing does not exist. Meaningless right?
All of the past failed business ventures. Meaningless?
Sadisdorf. Meaningless?
Sileach. Meangingless?
LieNa. Meaningless?
Soluna. Meaningless?
Youanmi. Meaningless?
Silicon anodes. Meaningless?
DLG. Meaningless?
VSPC. The failed business they took over 6 years ago, and have done nothing with. Meaningless?
Yet they have a battery recycling business that relies on handouts to stay affloat. The company still burns $10Mpa in cash pro rata, and yet you celebrate this because they have "revenue".
Oh dear.
