Per my own experiences in R&D and EMDG, delay is not unusual. If they miss Jun23, they will have to consider a CR. They have to retain a minimum level of cash to be afloat, say 6x months operating cash?
Hence if the delay does occur, CR will become inevitable as a Plan B.
When I say burning, it is in an encouraging & promising tone, rather than criticizing. They are doing everything they can to pick up the speed with a very limited capital resource.
My point is to make an alert, CR is still very possible this year. Current SP would not make it look good.
