You actually think that the Minister will consider the apoeal for approx two months AFTER the hearing, which is precisely the same day that the license renewal takes effect, limiting C&L processing at the LAMP. That being July 1, 2023 (April 28th plus 2 months)...
To suggest that a government official will, in real terms, close a factory and displace hundreds of employees, while he "ponders" his decision is nonsensical (IMO).
I think we will see a near instant decision, as the appeals have been formally made, and the hearing is to discharge any ambiguities within the appeals basic argument(s), and to agree to accommodation or denial.
