It's not rocket science, a (minority) parcel of PH's shares are used as collateral on a $10m loan facility. COLLATERAL. Look it up. If you understood the announcement, and the arrangement, you'd realise it was a most prudent way to raise funding and PH is a gentleman for structuring it the way he did, where others (with lesser principles or street cred) might have just sold on market, out of necessity.
