    I am sure Hartleys don't have any other motives other than to report their researched findings. To do otherwise would ruin their reptution, it is reptuation they require for ongoing business. So I for one take confidence in thier research as I would not classify myself as skilled in valuations as people employed by Hartleys to do so. It is my belief PEN will have its day in the sun.
