Never said it was a "dog stock", not sure where you got that idea from. New holders might not know it, but back in January I spilt a lot of ink and energy making predictions and defending my right to do so over Mangaroon RE specifically, and DRE's exploration potential and valuation in general. I get involved in a few stocks now and then whose projects interest me. Invariably I upset bulls with negative opinions (backed up by analysis mind you) and before you know it's on for young and old (which is why I don;t post on many stocks). I like to follow the stocks I dealt myself in on, see how things pan out and if I was right or wrong.

So DRE is on my watch list for announcements, see what it is, read the comments, roll my eyes and share my opinion, which I think is valid. If I was a different person, I might be volunteering at surf lifesaving, scouts, club football or maybe up early every Saturday to teach Tai Kwon Do for kids looking for self-confidence, at peppercorn rates. I'm not though. I have experience and opinion to contribute about resource stocks, my entertainment and community service, because I enjoy it and it dovetails into my self-employment. That being, making more money than I lose in the market since I left gainful industry employment in 20 years ago (mid 30's).

Many people think that makes me a sad pathetic loser, which is water off my back, but i really think you need to walk a mile in someone's shoes before judging them. What is my financial situation, my health condition, my alternative hobbies, indeed my alternative vices? I've learned first-hand idle hands are the devil's tools, and it suits me very much to have an interest and distraction from the first world curse of too much time and money.

I only care about those genuine retail who come to HC to learn, better themselves and their investments/trading. Probably the minority, because most who post are duplicitous and simply trying to make money off others in a zero sum game. Not a fan of rampers and TBH, and though I'd rather a fight than a feed, fortunately this is only a hobby and I do have a life.
