For anyone who would like to locate this statement it is actually on page 6 and 7 of the Notice of General Meeting (I just received mine in the mail yesterday).
It does sound very fishy and I can only deduce two possibilities out of this:
1. An honest mistake since our Chairman is probably the only person left in the office (as some people have suggested in the previous postings) and tirelessly working round the clock therefore causing a mixed up in his notes/figures.
2. Figures/dates plucked out of thin air (an amateur crime with potentially profound implications).
My mind is still in a messy state anytime I think about AVX and I am still yet to decide what to vote in the EGM. I hope the new candidate directors will reach out to us soon to tell us what their plans are.
