The 3D seismic survey was originally intended to cover an area of at least 5,000 km2, at an estimated cost of US$35 million, however the area has subsequently been increased by Woodside to approximately 6,872 km2, with no modification to the commercial terms of the Deed.
I wonder what drove Woodside's decision to increase the 3D survey area by over 35%??
