Ive got a big position ( for myself ) in DRE and obviously very positive on the company but i do enjoy and learn from your post's. the delivery leaves a sour taste in my mouth at times but not the actual content some people just like being abrasive at times ( i can relate). i for one appreciate your posts even if i don't like the method of delivery.
