An EV of $12m with all of this potential - this is why I dipped a toe, but I'm wiggling another one out to see if I can get a bargain
Interestingly, with this much cash, if you were to see an 18% drop in share price (somewhat unthinkable) that would bring the EV to $0. That price point would be about 5.2c, approx 1c from where we are now.
So back of the envelope suggests that any 0.25c drop in SP from here is about 25% of the EV! Very loose numbers but it's given me a really nice way to understand what difference exists when I'm trying to get another 0.1c lower on the entry price.
The risk is that there's quite some lead time before anything grand might come to pass, and that money will be burned (and therefore market value) in doing so. But if the prospects are good, that money should translate to EV - and with the low level it's at, that could move substantially.
