well i may not agree with property being a great investment right now, but I certainly agree that if you are a slob who doesnt treat his/her home like its their own castle - even if it is owned by someone else then they should be thrown out on the street with no recourse whatsoever
it takes little effort at all to keep a property from being damaged and to keep it clean and people who dont think that way need to go live in sewage pipe
