Bruce mentioned export credit agencies in his presentation, which one would assume, opens the off-take contracts to more potential global buyers, which in the current supply shortage would be more advantageous than being locked into a long term US loan. Or is that where the 60/40 comes in? 60 US cash and 40 Overseas buyers, for 40% of the product. Maybe I’m missing something here.
