That's not correct.
Qtrly says:
“Transfer of the major hazard facility license and operatorship of the Orbost plant remains on track for Q4 FY23,"
So "Q4 FY23" means by end June 2023.
Let's hope that changeover means some improvemnt to operating performance can be made.
