Brent, Peter, David & Pablo to receive incentive rights of 3,000,000 shares for each tranche as per below to a max of 9,000,000 each
I don't have a problem with this albeit 1,000,000 shares per tranche would suffice, but I do think CG at 37,000,000m is taking the piss!!
If our Cap hits $1b x 30 days that's a bonus of 40c a share a cool $4m for CG plus the other 27m shares if he doesn't sell some along the way.

Chris Gale:
(i) 9,000,000 Performance Incentive Rights vest upon the confirmation of a minimum of 40 million tonneinferred JORC
Resource for the Company’s lithium project in Brazil;
(ii) 9,000,000 Performance Incentive Rights vest upon the confirmation of a minimum of 60 million tonneinferred JORC
Resource for the LRS Brazil Lithium Project;
(iii) 9,000,000 Performance Incentive Rights vest upon the confirmation of a minimum of 80 million tonne inferred JORC
Resource for the Company’s lithium project in Brazil; and
(iv) 10,000,000 Performance Incentive Rights vest if the market capitalisation of the Company reaches A$1 billion for a continuous period of 30 days.
Seriously what a joke!!.....Oh and that's inferred JORC, there should also be a minimum Li percentage of at least 1.2
