In my opinion no chance shareholders will be involved in next raise... underwriters had to take up heaps this time when shareholders didn't take up their entitlements... on the back of management indicating that's why they weren't involved in the previous one...
Might be good reasons why shareholders didn't, but, I can't see it being offered again...
And well, most of the time shareholders get a chance to buy on market at raise price anyway...
