    Wow what a bad deal for shareholders. Gave away 40% offtake for a pittance. Now they need to find nearly 1.5 - $2B to get the thing started without the allure of decent offtake. Who’s going to take an equity stake now to fund the project when there’s no incentive to do so.

    What a shocker.
