VOLT? Bloody hell, they have no money. Look at the financials. Look at the SP. Look at the number of shares on issue. See how they grew.
I have been watching hydrogen story lines for years, and I have never seen one that was a stand-alone success. By stand-alone mean making a dollar from commercial activity, not capital raises and government hand outs.
