After swallowing all that information on license renewal the session in NY is flat so market regards this as a non event that Lynas can once again rise to the occasion with little impact. Going forward with confidence in AL. BTW still no one commenting on my thesis that a shut down could be positive when 15% of world market off line how can it not drive prices higher and depending on how that looks with stockpiling Lynas could end up significantly ahead.
