It seems a bit far fetched that Rio would be interested in buying another project next door when they have one already on the salar. Unless they have big trouble getting DLE process to work or be commercially viable? We don't know how it's going however I might research and see if any new info.
Would JZ entertain the idea? He could get out a very rich man and Puna could JV with Rio and would be in a position to be fully funded for expansion.
My gut feel is that this wouldn't happen but anything is possible I guess. Talent like Pablo is not easy to find and extremely valuable from my understanding.
