As long as unjustifiable and unscientific views determines Malaysian government policy towards a large foreign investor such as Lynas, then what does it all matter when you're constantly hamstrung. In Malaysia you have a "Science" minister making decisions based on unscientific nonsense which has been challenged in the courts and always thrown out.
So we all may ponder a decrease in % supply of this and that and what a bonus it may or may not be, but the overriding issue is the influence on Malaysian policy which over a decade has continued to impede Lynas' Malaysia operations.
