Hopefully he'll be able to start before October. Assuming Retail Apparel Group doesn't see Dusk as a direct competitor, they'll likely allow him to commence sooner.
I think you're right about it being a simple/straightforward business. The biggest risk is new management trying to reinvent the wheel and/or chasing growth at any cost.
Hard to pass any judgement on the hire. The main thing is that the recruitment process is done and we have certainty.
