It doesn't quite work like that.
A fall of that magnitude would trigger a breach of the lending covenants & trigger a capital raising.
With the price where it currently is that would be diluting & as such would reduce the NTA further.
A snowball effect if you like.
Anything bigger than a 20% fall in asset prices & were in trouble IMO.
