Yep, I'd have picked somewhere between a 30-40m cap on that type of production. Of course, if they can hit that sort of volume, then they're starting to get the income to self-fund an increasing number of targets on the dome for further flows. So it could be a quicker step from 40m to 100m than to get to 40m in the first place...
