Well when the plant was built supposedly the crusher they installed was mounted on a truck so guess it has wheels not tracks but know what you mean , when it was tested out it ran at 1.3 MTPA on an annual basis (150 tonnes an hour)
I do not know if the mobile crusher was more expensive than a crusher built on a foundation , often mobile crushers are leased anyway a couple of Irish companies make them
I do know a crusher on a foundation is easier to work on as there is a lot more working room, parts are often generic (electric motors ) so easy to replace as in stock , and often there is a fixed overhead crane that lets the maintenance staff change the crusher plates among other parts easier .
May be now after several years there is a permanent crusher on site , I do not know .
