I think you didn't understand what I mean, I think their market cap didn't have the Montviel REE project priced in, so that is why its only worth around AU$28m, so we can't really use their MC to compare with MTM, because the goal for MTM is to drill + define the resource to aim for production, so as the project progress further we should see increase in our MC, and when you only hold the asset that doesn't produce anything and has got no plan, market won't put any/much value of that asset into the MC.
so, this is what I think that might be happen in the future, MTM JV with Geomega to develop both REE projects, we take the lead on REE project and they can still focus on their recycling project.
