Legman, have another look at the Financing facilities. I believe (think) that "Item 7.5 Unused financing facilities available at quarter end - $5 million", is part of the $15 million already received from EECP as of 31 March 2023.

The option of an additional placement of $5m on the agreement of the investor is a separate issue, an option only, and might never happen under current circumstances.

And it does not appear in Item 8.8, where one would expect it to be, if it were a definite possibility. I think it is unlikely, given EECP are still holding. My thoughts only.
