My final takeaway on the financials ... Craig said at the AGM something along the lines of " You can't be afraid of capital if you want to build a business".

The activities report did tell us a couple of new things ( to me anyway ), worth mentioning :

1. Available for prescription to patients who need to monitor their heart health and other vascular diseases,
2. Multiple additional FDA clearances are currently being prepared for the Pulse for specific disease states and use cases.

So we have clearance for prescription for heart and vascular disease. Not Over the Counter. You go to the doctor, you have hypertension, they can prescribe ( and sell, yes Doctors sell devices in the USA ) you a CONNEQT PULSE device to monitor progress at home. Maybe try lifestyle changes first, no impact to metrics on Pulse, try cholesterol reduction, still no impact and then blood thinners. All the while progress being monitored on your Pulse device, data available for you and your doctor to monitor progress.
Going into the Doctors once a month for a single reading DOES NOT give you any indication whatsoever on how things are progressing. These is a large body of scientific evidence to support this.

Brain Health, Kidney Disease, Diabetes.

We are going to apply for FDA Clearance for treating these conditions as well. Essentially, these would be "off label" use cases now, but once cleared can be prescribed against, and reimbursements made. So in the scenario above, you get diagnosed with a kidney condition, the doctor can send you home with a CONNEQT Pulse device to help manage that condition.

3. We have appointed a President for the CONNEQT Group, Josh Stevens



Reading his bio and work history on LinkedIn, this guy is a serious player. Very impressive indeed.
He has a track record of working & advising to investment funds in the Health Sector, as well as building a successful health business in DayTwo.
