Vaccinated and highly vaccinated groups probably are in groups that likely to be more at risk of death (that's why they got vaccinated)

You don't know how to normalise data, account for differences between groups (age, weight, underlying conditions, etc).

You need to account for more variables, not just vaxxed vs unvaxxed.

The MD presenting this data is likely doing so in full knowledge that it will fool simple people, you guys are victims of the infodemic.
