I can tell you the maximum at this point in time that they could possibly pay out.

According to AppendixfDDec09, CER made a half yearly profit of 80.7 million dolllars. This is down due to Aussie dollar and vacant space that is slowly coming back.

Of this 80.7 million is superLLc's 49.5million profit.
superllc can not distribute it's earning up to CER at this time as all money has to be used to pay down debt.

This leaves around 31.2 that can be distributed up from the other trusts or by CER.

Multiply this by 2 to get a full years earnings (although i would think this would be higher now due to a lower aussie dollar) and you have a figure of 62.4

2.7c per share is the maxium that CER would possibly pay out on this calculation at this time due to SuperLLC holding all the big earnings back and paying down it's debt.

of this 2.7c, CER will proably throw some tax deductibles including depreciation, to come out with a new figure called Taxable income.

Any taxable income that is not distributed amongst the share holders will lose half of the taxable income to the goverment. It's in CER and CNPs interest to distribute all taxable income. But it's in CERs interest to keep this taxable income low and it's earnings high if that makes sense.

So in other words. Earn lots of money but then use depreciation etc etc to make it seem they havent earnt much money. And use the difference between Earnings and taxable income to pay down debts.

Although CER is earning around 8c a share we won't see this payed out in full for a while until superllc trust is more stable.

I believe this 8c is going to grow in the longer term though as the aussie dollar has been high as well we have just gone through a very ugly crisis and come out the other side wounded. I believe the world is a lot better place now then when it was 1 and 2 years ago.

    minimum 0c
    Maximum 2.7c

My guess from my flawed calculations is somewhere between there.

Please do you your own research as most of you guys would probably no more about this stuff then me.
