hcraboc i don't believe that to be correct, i think at they may still have room under 15% rule...

just looked at $2.8mil annoucment, "The shares and approximately 33% of the options will be issued in one tranche under the
Companys existing 15% placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule
7.1 with the balance of the options to be issued subject to Shareholder
Approval."

i won't be votting yes to those oppies, sorry lads, it's every man for himself at this point...
