Thank you Username, another post from you that highlights what the market could look like over the years to come. The battery market is small right now compared to what the future could hold.
I'm sorry, but I'm struggling to understand the mindset of many investors here. I don't understand all the negativity towards the progress of HNR in the battery market.
NMT invented the tech, funded the development & is currently operating a shredding plant in Germany for over 12 months now. So where are all the customers?

There's Mercedes Benz & Stelco. That's it. Where's the rest? NMT, through Primobius, has access to an entire planet full of battery feedstock! Primobius/NMT/SMS could issue a licence anywhere in the world. Where are they? Where are all the customers? In fact, the decisions to commercialise & move forward in those two projects in MB & Stelco, keep getting pushed back in the timelines.
NMT currently has a relationship with two customers with access to an entire planet.
HNR is currently talking to six potential customers with access to parts of Europe only. There's progress with two relationships so far.

Obviously, HNR & NMT are early movers. I've even heard Chris Reed make that statement several times, "NMT are early movers". If NMT are early movers, then by proxy, that makes HNR early movers. By the looks of it, there isn't much feedstock out there for entities to acquire & they're all fighting over a minimal supply of feedstock. But that's expected to change over the coming decades & should grow thanks to government legislation that's basically forcing market participants to recycle their hazardous battery waste.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad MB & Stelco are on board, it's a massive endorsement of the tech & MB could require massive plants (Chris mentions 500tpd in the past), if they want to be fully electric by 2030. Plus, I would imagine if MB wants to recycle batteries in Italy, using NMT technology, they must contact HNR, as HNR has the licence for the region. But you would think there might be a line up out the door at the NMT spoke facility in Germany & there isn't.
So if you look at the NMT situation, I think HNR would be doing the best they can sourcing feedstock from 6 potential locations in Europe & more relationships could develop over the years.

Perhaps take a long hard look over the fence at NMT before slamming what HNR has or what it could achieve.
