No. Karll's comment is on the money.
It's common practice for company's to seek an exemption from the requirement to send out notices for option expiry, when those options are well out of the money and not likely to be exercised. This is clearly the case here and it is in no way a prelude to some sort of "option saving" plan.
They will expire at the end of June and out of the money unless something very special happens very quickly.
