I really cant see the placement at a premium happening. Not at the pace we do things.
With a possible 2b + shares on issue and a lack of communication this will be a pip traders heaven.
Plenty of hype prospects and incredible amounts of waiting will just see this sp stagnate for a long time imo. We all see it. Good anns will get dumped until the pip traders move on
