Those that keep spruiking a property crash are in la la land. I sold my two properties at end of 2021 as think they are woeful investment. But supply + demand dynamics don't add to up to a crash , employment rates dont add up to a property crash either.
On the contrary - credit needs to be tightened to halt the rate of price rises.
