850k shares sold today based on poor short term financials in the 4C, indicating a capital raise we already knew was coming, is coming !
There may be an intermediate top up CR, which would be disappointing and the third in as many quarters, but in the scheme of the total funds to be raised to support the next 2 years business growth, not a show stopper.. I agree@Woody12 , a better commentary on short term cash flow in the 4c would be helpful.
850K/143M SOI = 0.6% freaked out today and left, hardly a mass exodus.
And please don't forget the strict guidelines Craig & Niall must be under regards communication to shareholders leading into the final weeks pre-prospectus for a US listing. They can virtually say nothing now ... and this has been in the works for almost 18 months, and $1M spent in prep, including new audit protocols, re-valuing assets etc. etc.
A disappointing day, as VWAP now most likely influences US listing price ... let's hope for more "calculated" behaviour tomorrow and a return above .30c.
