Thumb up especially for this first bit. If a broker is seriously bullish on a company they ain't telling Joe Public until they and their clients have their fill, by the time Joe Public is reading the report the broker is probably already feeding their stock back out to the market

brokers don't make price targets/research notes that is done by analysts through financial modelling... brokers will encourage clients to sell for pips as they make $ on commission...
