Good response , however my concern is we are not able at this point to secure funding for $50m , why are we even contemplating a huge US LOAN , and I understand we are hoping for a GOV Grant US, the ABHU AHABI loan has been running in parallel with Karibib financing for 2.5 years ,and am almost sure that if we can not get 50m we will not be close to the amount required by ABHU DAHBI.
