ASIC v ISX Hearing, page-1255

Alright JK enough is enough, I have been hearing this same reasoning and now turning it to an EXCUSE and BS not to relist for the past 2 years.
Last year we shareholders were given an estimate of June 2023 and what updates have we received lately? a freakin Tweeet!!!!
No real updates on alternative listing or any other details of the listing structure...in march 2022 all was mentioned was a 'Top Hat" corporate entity - thats it. No action since then.
Reality is that it will never be a good time to list. You (JK) do not have a say in when we should be listing, shareholders have been patient for a long time now and we need real action ASAP.
It is time to pull that finger out of the back**** and make a difference JK. Far too many shareholders lives have suffered due the unjust actions of Oz regulators dont be one of them!
I call upon a shareholders resolution on the matter of urgent relisting or alternatives....this saga cant last for another 10 years.

I would imagine the downrampers will be pleased with the above criticism of JK but as a long time supporter and defender of JK it is high time to KEEP IT REAL!
