agree, there must be some catalyst to meet before the barge comes and picks up coal. Whether that be enough coal, stedy stream of coal avaialble so the barge is constantly booked, availability of barge, buyer of coal? Would be nice to know good or bad what the issue is here and to know when overcome if it is overcome permanntly or a constant issue. These phtos are the best we have seen. The commissioned trucks look brand new. An additional haulage contractor to appointed.
My question is, will there be 28 trucks plus those provided by the appointed contractor or does 28 include those to to be operated by the contractor?
