it's possible
if it's about the TO bid there shouldn't be an investor presentation?
and it does make sense when there's TO talk and if it's not the company's intention to sell then they may want to raise more fund to make the financial more robust?
that's why when I saw the presentation I thought they may after more funding. but before they officially release the announcement anything is possible
